Compliance-as-a-Service at Tier 1 Asset Management is a team. I lead it and scope every engagement, and the specialists come with the work: an ISMS Lead Auditor and DPO for information security, privacy and AI governance, a Waste Management SME for environmental and waste duties, and Tier 1’s own operational compliance function running two certified UK sites.
That structure is the point. A growing business usually needs three or four compliance domains covered at once and can afford part of one senior hire. We size the engagement to stage and budget, and the client draws on whichever specialist the problem actually needs.
