“We pride ourselves on our customer care, performance and innovation and ISO certification is a key ingredient for Chubb Systems in driving internal and external improvements. Acquiring these standards has also helped us grow our customer base as these standards are often a mandatory requirement on contracts,” says Nichola.
“Securing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification demonstrates that our organisation is committed to tackling environmental issues and is proactively working to minimise impact. We were very keen to be early to get certified to ISO 45001 because we see the benefit the new standard can bring to our business and the marketing edge it provides.”
Chubb had previously been with another leading certification body before transferring to Alcumus ISOQAR. Nichola says: “We felt there were issues with their pricing structure as well as their customer focus. We were contacted by a Business Development Manager at Alcumus ISOQAR and he impressed us with his knowledge and understanding of what we required as a business.”
