Alcumus makes Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work 2025’ List for the Second Year Running

General

We’re delighted to share that ISOQAR, as part of the wider Alcumus Group, has once again been recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025. This achievement means a great deal to us, because it’s based entirely on feedback from the people who know us best, our colleagues.

The prestigious annual list is in collaboration with WorkL and it is a UK-wide recognition programme which aims to celebrate organisations that excel in workplace culture and employee engagement through an anonymous survey completed by the People.

What makes this recognition particularly meaningful is that it reflects the experiences, opinions and wellbeing of our own people. The award is determined through an independent employee engagement survey, focusing on six key drivers:

  • Reward & Recognition
  • Information Sharing
  • Empowerment
  • Pride
  • Job Satisfaction
  • Wellbeing

At ISOQAR, our people are at the heart of everything we do. From celebrating individual successes to providing clear opportunities for career growth, we aim to create a culture where every person feels like they belong, their voice is heard, and their wellbeing is a priority.

Over the past year, we have continued to build on this commitment through initiatives such as:

  • A sustained focus on diversity, inclusion and wellbeing, reflected in continuous progress on reducing the gender pay gap over the past four years. Our reported gender pay gap in 2024 improved by 3 points compared to 2023, with our gap now at 9%.
  • We support employee growth through various training programmes and opportunities for career advancement.
  • Regular employee feedback sessions and transparent communication to ensure everyone feels informed, involved and empowered to shape the future of the business.

Jim Anderson, ISOQAR CEO, said: “Being recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the Best Places to Work in 2025 is a testament to our commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace. At ISOQAR, we believe that our people are our greatest asset, and this reflects the dedication and passion they bring every day.”

As we look ahead, we’ll continue to listen to our colleagues, build on this momentum, and create new opportunities for growth, wellbeing and recognition across our business.
