Before attending this course, delegates are expected to have knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and the commonly used terms. Delegates should also hold a lead auditor qualification in another standard and understand key management system concepts including PDCA cycle, critical/risk-based thinking and the proactive management of information security.

A shorter course than the full 5-day lead auditor course; this course is aimed at delegates with existing lead auditor experience/qualification/course attendance in another standard, as the course will build on existing auditor knowledge and supply the tools and skills to audit against ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
