A free consultation will first establish your requirements, which would normally be a 30 minute telephone call to get to know you and your business and ensure you understand the ISO process estimated timeframes and costs.

Trudie can then visit your premises if required before preparing a proposal and work schedule/project plan.

Existing documentation and processes will be reviewed and where applicable, utilised within the new ISO management system, which conforms to all relevant standard requirements.

Standard awareness training will be provided. Selected employees can then be trained in Internal auditing techniques, using your own system and procedures for invaluable in-house training practice.

The ISO project will always involve a conversation and commitment from top management. Working with them, Trudie will help to identify applicable legislation, risks, opportunities and establish company objectives for the coming year, to achieve continual improvement.
