I use my experience with this to offer ISO9001 and some related standards to clients with a view to it being used to ensure compliance and more importantly to make the client more successful with business lead activities, pragmatism and risk management. My engineering background enables me to support clients in this field much better as I understand the process from both being within a manufacturer and to being a customer for manufacturing services. Increasingly clients have taken advantage of my independent overview to take their businesses forward as well as benefit from the ISO9001 framework. Additionally if required I can provide through an associate an independent qualified business coach as well as offer my standard engineering skills. I have worked with manufacturers, on line retailers, start ups, consultancy service providers and can generally support a wide range of disciplines. I have worked to IEC80079-34, and more recently EN13485, and have implemented a 14001 system as well as a number of 9001 systems which I maintain. I am willing to travel (and have clients in Exeter and Runcorn) but find remote working suitable for many parts of the companies operations. I have a number of clients with Alcumus at present and the list is growing. I am a British Citizen and have been security cleared previously.
