Natalie specialises in developing and implementing robust risk management strategies that help to navigate regulatory complexities and ensure sustainable compliance. Qualified as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, 27001, 22301, and 50001, alongside qualifications in Enterprise Risk Management, PRINCE2, GDPR and Lean Six Sigma, she brings a wealth of expertise in a diverse background spanning manufacturing, health service and utility sectors.
In her role as Director of Risk and Compliance at Alcumus ISOQAR, Natalie is at the helm of managing the company’s compliance operations, ensuring that all business and UKAS requirements are consistently met. She works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to oversee Alcumus ISOQAR’s accreditation processes and plays a key role in managing its participation and contribution in the certification industry. Natalie is responsible for reshaping and optimising Alcumus ISOQAR’s compliance activities, balancing commercial needs with the critical requirement to maintain compliance with UKAS, APMG, and BRC standards. She leads a team of compliance professionals, technical experts, and sector managers to ensure the delivery of the compliance strategy, development of new products and services, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of learning around compliance and audit requirements. With a keen focus on maintaining accreditation compliance, Natalie oversees Alcumus ISOQAR’s risk, control and internal audit frameworks, and supports the growth and development of the compliance function to ensure that the business exceeds its growth targets while maintaining the highest levels of compliance
