Coinadrink had previously been with another leading certification body. But, as Julie says, “We weren’t happy with the pricing structure. It just didn’t seem fair. Also, the audits tended to become nit-picking sessions, sometimes carried out by external resources. An audit shouldn’t leave you feeling deflated.”
So, they decided the time was right for a move. Alcumus ISOQAR had been recommended and they decided to get in touch. “The response to our initial enquiry was very swift, comprehensive and friendly” says Julie. “So that was a good start!”

The audit was carried out for all three standards over three days – much more efficient – by two very thorough and professional members of the team with a minimum of fuss and disruption to the business.
