This program assists individuals transitioning to civilian life by offering them the chance to acquire recognised qualifications, thereby preparing them for a successful new career.

The scheme promotes lifelong learning amongst members of the Armed Forces. Providing financial support in each of a maximum of three separate financial years, the scheme enables higher level learning of a nationally recognised qualification at Level 3 or above (or approved international equivalent) with an approved Learning Provider.

ISOQAR offer a number of approved courses, following a rigourous assessment, under the ELCAS scheme, which will give individuals the opportunity achieve a qualification with the aim of becoming a Lead Auditor in either, Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, Information Security or Energy management systems. These courses are also approved by the CQI and IRCA.
